YIELD WELL
Division 22 / Human Resources / Candidate Intake//2201応募

Every application is an asset.

Yieldwell is the candidate intake platform for employers who receive more applications than they can read. It does not shorten the application. It moves the work of writing it onto the person applying, records what they produce, and keeps it. Every hour spent in the form is an hour of labour delivered to you before the first interview, at no cost, by someone you have not hired and may not contact.

How we work / 1.00 + NDA

Platform

Eleven modules, each of which automates a task an employer used to perform, by assigning it to the candidate. None of them is unusual. Every one of them is in service at an employer you have applied to.

01

Journey Builder

The application is assembled from twenty stages. An employer may add stages but may not remove them below twelve, because a shorter application produces more applicants and applicants are the cost the platform exists to manage. The stage count is not shown to the candidate until stage four.

02

Resume Reconciliation

The uploaded document is parsed into structured fields. The parse is then presented to the candidate for correction, which is the product: the employer receives clean structured data, and the labour of cleaning it was performed by the applicant. Where the parser is confident and wrong, the candidate must first notice. Most do not, and the record stands as parsed.

03

Attested Availability

A grid of one hundred and sixty-eight cells, one per hour of the week. The candidate marks the hours they can work. The grid has no submit-partial state. An employer reading the result learns which applicants have no other commitments, which is not a lawful criterion and is not recorded as one.

04

Culture Alignment Index

Thirty forced-choice pairs with no neutral option. The index does not measure alignment with the culture. It measures consistency of self-presentation under repetition, which correlates with practice, which correlates with having applied to many employers, which the index reports as enthusiasm.

05

Voluntary Disclosure Suite

Demographic questions marked voluntary. The form cannot be advanced while any field is empty, and the prefer-not-to-say option is itself a value that is stored, timestamped and reportable. Nothing is compelled. Everything is collected.

06

Requisition Integrity

A posting may remain open after the position is filled, in order to maintain a pipeline. The platform records the close date accurately in the employer's view and does not display it in the candidate's. Both records are correct. Only one is shown to the person still writing.

07

Talent Pool Retention

Applications that are unsuccessful are retained indefinitely, with consent obtained at stage eighteen as a condition of stage nineteen. The pool is searchable, exportable, and counts as an asset in the platform's own valuation.

08

Engagement Nurture

Automated correspondence maintains the relationship with candidates who have not been selected. The messages report that the employer was impressed and that the field was strong. Both statements are generated. Neither is checked.

09

Assessment Fabric

A timed exercise of unpaid work in the shape of the role. Where the output is usable it becomes the property of the employer at submission, under the terms accepted at stage one, which are eleven thousand words and are accepted by a checkbox.

10

Article 15 Access Request

A working tool, published on this division and no other: a real GDPR Article 15 request, generated for the candidate own application. Legal, free, and it puts the file on the record either way. This division notes that it is the only instrument on the site not written in its own defence.

11

Market Localisation

The platform ships under local names where research indicates the English one does not travel. In the Polish market it is sold as TrudTwoj. The localisation team were briefed to render the value proposition rather than the brand, and did so. The result was reviewed by two committees and approved. It has outperformed the English name in every market where it is offered, and the division has not established why.

12

Session Governance

A session expires after twenty minutes of inactivity, where typing without saving is inactivity. Expired sessions return the candidate to stage one with the progress indicator unchanged, so that the loss is felt but not measured.

13

Reference Pre-Verification

Two referees, with telephone numbers, required before any human at the employer has read a word. The referees are contacted at the platform's discretion, which means the candidate spends a professional favour in order to be screened out by software.

The application

Median completion, measured across the platform. An employer sees the first column and the last. The candidate experiences the middle.

YW-01Stages in a standard application20
YW-02Median time to complete, first attempt47 min
YW-03Fields the candidate enters that were present in the uploaded document31 of 38

Yield

One requisition, three thousand applicants, the platform's own median. The arithmetic is the product. It is performed here because the sales material performs it too, in the employer's direction.

Deployment

Implementation is twelve to eighteen months. This is not a defect of the software. A shorter implementation would leave the employer able to evaluate the software.

01

Licensing

Priced per employee, per year, on headcount rather than on use. An employer who reduces headcount pays less and receives the same platform, which is the only circumstance in which the platform becomes cheaper.

02

Configuration

Delivered through an accredited implementation partner. The partner is paid by the hour and is accredited by the vendor, and the accreditation is withdrawn where an implementation completes early enough to be measured against the estimate.

03

The candidate experience

Available to prospective employers as a walkthrough, in the shape the applicant meets it, with nothing softened and nothing added. It is the shortest sales document this division has, and it is the only one that has ever closed on the first showing.

04

Yield Together

The division holds an annual customer conference under the line Yield Together. Attendance is by employer. There is a candidate track, added in the third year after it was noted that no candidate had attended; it takes place on the second afternoon, in a room off the main hall, and is livestreamed rather than recorded. The keynote is titled The Applicant Journey and is delivered by a partner who has not made an application in nineteen years.

05

Support

Employers reach a named account manager. Candidates reach a form. The form is the platform.
